Every step of design is managed real time by delivery schedules and work programs (using MS Project or Primavera software) for a successful coordination. At the Design Development stage, we prepare a budget estimate report for client to anticipate the cost of construction.

For immediate action and design office support, directions, instructions and attachments are actively utilized inside these platforms too.
- Engineer of Record Service for Clients
Conseng offers clients proactive involvement during local approvals and consents of design in every step of governmental procedures. In cooperation with client team, we track approval processes (land plot, building) in governmental departments (Ministry of Emergency Situation, Ecology, Epidemiology, Government Fire Department etc.) and share our experience for the benefit of client in Azerbaycan.
Conseng also offers adaptation services of design sets to Azerbaycan local codes in coordination with international. Design documentation is checked in accordance with local regulations and formatted in accordance with requirements of government departments.
Engineer of Record service is executed starting from Concept Design approval of Municipality / City Planning Department and is completed with Construction Consent of the building.
- Design Administration & Author Supervision
One of the most important aspect of construction is administration of site works. Most systems (such as RIBA) foresee an active role by the designer during construction. Conseng offers construction administration service basically in two disciplines;

- QA/QC Management
As Conseng, we believe that even if one designs a masterpiece, without affective quality administration services, realized structure will be inevitably disasterpiece.
Conseng applies all proactive QA procedures during construction using available tools of quality administration (QP, MAR, RFI, MSS). We supervise these processes thoroughly and monitor all subcontractors to fulfill these requirements before any site action. All Inspection Test Plans and Requests are operated through the process.
Among site execution, QC processes are observed precisely at site using QC tools of Nonconformance Reports and Field Observations Reports. For repeating incidents subcontractors are warned and possible cause of defect is investigated. Commissioning of any zone is not started as long as these documents are finalized in coordination with client management team. Conseng quality control team also attends Testing and Commissioning procedure through handover process of structure from contractor to client.
Similar to above services all data transfer is executed by an online platform. So, all documentation about design and construction is collected in one database for client. All actions are reported to client in weekly and monthly reports.
