In cooperation with client team, we track approval processes (land plot, building) in governmental departments (Ministry of Emergency Situation, Ecology, Epidemiology, Government Fire Department etc.) and share our experience for the benefit of client in Azerbaycan. 

Conseng also offers adaptation services of design sets to Azerbaycan local codes in coordination with international. Design documentation is checked in accordance with local regulations and formatted in accordance with requirements of government departments.

Engineer of Record service is executed starting from Concept Design approval of Municipality / City Planning Department and is completed with Construction Consent of the building.
